Eric saved the day when I explained that I was house sitting in my travel trailer and not sure which of the many different septic pipes sticking out of the ground was the correct one to connect to. If I could give this business 10 stars I would. This is the only plumber I would use in Twentynine Palms. After several calls to my warranty company and several visits by the plumber they provided, Eric came and cleared my toilet on the FIRST visit. It was not a pretty job but he handled it with professionalism and respect. Then again, after several visits and phone calls to our warranty company to fix our water heater. Eric fixed it in ONE visit going out of his way to uninstall the broken one and took it to the home depot in Yucca Valley. I am so grateful for his service and his dedication and knowledge of his job.

I cant say enough about Erics professionalism and integrity, we had a very challenging day, all kinds of unexpected things came up and Eric oversaw and addressed each issue. I guess Im a little jaded and sadly assume the worstEric came through and made sure everything was resolved beyond my satisfaction.

I had two backed up sinks and Eric came over despite already being closed and quickly and expertly uncolgged both sinks and at a price less than the other plumbers quoted and not one except A-Plus would come out today! HIGHLY recommended!
